My Approach
I utilize a warm, engaging, compassionate approach to help clients develop strategies and skills to overcome a variety of difficulties. I use a client's existing strengths to support them in developing solutions that fit their needs and their lifestyles. I am deeply invested in the use of therapy techniques that have been shown by research to be effective, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to help individuals achieve lasting outcomes.
I enjoy working with children ages 5 and up, teens, and adults. I am able to provide individual outpatient psychotherapy services.
I provide video and phone therapy.
